The Crown, Bhubaneswar - IHCL SeleQtions (A Taj InnerCircle Hotel)

The location - it’s in a quiet neighborhood, but still not very far from the city attractions. The staff are very polite and did their best to accommodate my requests. The bar in the ground floor is pretty nice.

For the price paid, I would expect a little more upkeep of the rooms. Our curtain was broken and was pointed out to the accompanying staff. The toilet shelves have a lot of dust and needs more thorough cleaning.

The staff was excellent. All were professional, friendly & competent. They were happy & seemed to get along well. The food was outstanding. I hired a car with driver for 2 days. Amar was a safe driver, very knowledgable & enjoyable to be around. I have vision problems so Amar walked with me & made sure I was safe. All in all, this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

The staff at reception were awesome, very welcoming, friendly and professional. There’s a variety of cuisines to choose from, enjoyed that and all the food we tasted was delicious!

An oasis in the centre of Bhubaneswar. I wish I could stay for longer. Breakfast was amazing, so many Indian and Western choices. Best hotel gym I've ever used. Great pool. Wonderful attentive staff.

The staff here don’t just do their jobs—they brighten your day. A special mention must go to Aminesh in the restaurant, who ensures every meal is a delight. Mohini and her reception team deal with every request effortlessly. And then there’s Amar, our chauffeur, whose care and knowledge made our half-day trip to the temples even more memorable.This hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in. If you want to combine luxury with genuine hospitality, The Crown in Bhubaneswar is unbeatable.

An excellent reception. Good Ambience. Staff was extraordinarily courteous. F N B was to our liking. The BF spread was too good. Loved the variety both V n NV. The room was very comfortable. Couldn’t organize a small meeting room in a business center kind of environment despite my requests.

The walls are thin so sounds form the adjacent room carry over at night

The staff were helpful and looked after us throughout our stay. The restaurant and food was excellent. The aarti in the morning is a must watch.

Very friendly and welcoming staff - easy and efficient check-in process. Bar was fairly cosy and had a wide selection of local and international drinks.Good selection of breakfast items - Indian and international buffet plus station for freshly prepared egg dishes.Area around the hotel was fine - some restaurants short distance away by auto.
